Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Instagram Christmas Giveaway 2022
The Instagram giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid Instagram account at the time of entry.
To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the official Instagram account of community page Rekkles.gg (the "Sponsor") and write a comment answering the contest question in the comments section of the Giveaway post.
The Giveaway period will begin at the time the Giveaway post is published on Instagram and will end at 23:59 PM (CET) on the date specified in the Giveaway post.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The winner will be notified via a direct message on Instagram within two (2) business days of the end of the Giveaway period. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 72 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
The prize for the Giveaway is a hoodie, t-shirt and sleeves from the site rekkles.gg. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, and property damage.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By participating in the Giveaway, participants are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram. The personal information collected from participants in connection with the Giveaway will be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
